Frequently Asked Questions

Can we access the application from any computer with Internet access?

    Yes and there is no software to download or install. Any computer with an Internet connection can access the software, provided the user has been provided with a user name and password by your administration staff.

If someone owns 3 units in a building, do we need to enter their name, address and telephone information for each unit?

    No, information for each contact, whether they be an owner, tenant, guest or other type, is only entered once and then the Contact is associated with as many units as required. Also, if information changes, for example: their home phone number,  simply make the correction once and it will automatically be reflected across all units where they are associated.

Is there a calendar feature included?

    Yes, you can schedule any event in the Activity Calendar but we also include an Elevator Calendar for booking move-in/out dates and times, deliveries or construction. In addition, your maintenance staff can easily schedule maintenance on any piece of equipment in your building.

Can we easily track our board of director terms of office?

    Yes.

Can we easily track our employee’s contact information and employment
history?

    Yes.

Can we limit access to confidential areas of the program, like condominium fees, on a per user basis?

    Yes.

Do we need any special software applications to send our owners and tenants  bulletins by e-mail?

    No.
